Cooking with Chef Penny - The Art of Pan Searing

Take the food and wine experience to the next level by signing up for our interactive cooking classes with Chef Penny in our winery kitchen. During the classes you will participate in hands-on cooking, sample some Three Rivers wines, sit down and enjoy what you helped prepare, and take home a copy of the featured recipes.
In this class you will learn to pan sear the perfect piece of salmon and New York steak, and finish with the making of a compound butter and a brandy peppercorn creme.
