"Woven Lives", a DVD presentation about the Oaxaca Weavers of Mexico will be presented at the February meeting of the White Bluffs Quilt Museum. Woven Lives covers pre-Columbian textile history, natural dyes, silk production,and how co-op weaving has benefitted the community. The program ends with a tour of the Textile Museum of Oaxaca. I also plan to sign up for the rug weaving workshop...White Bluffs is really the best kept secret in the Tri Cities. I love attending their presentations.
