The White Bluffs Quilt Museum recently moved from West Richland to Richland. The new location provides more space for classes and exhibits in addition to a NEW Fiber Arts Market. The Market is made up of hand crafted locally made items and is a great place to do your holiday shopping. What a surprise! I plan to do all my shopping here -- the market items are all made locally and the quality is excellent. I even found some great gifts for the kids. Check this place out. It's a hidden gem in downtown Richland.
