Holidays by the River at the Richland Community Center and Howard Amon Park take place on Friday, December 7 and Saturday, December 8. On Friday and Saturday enjoy the Model Railroad Display. Friday evening there will be a Barbershop Quartet Holiday Concert from 6:00 - 7:30 pm. On Saturday, Tuba Christmas will perform at from 3:00, Santa will be arriving at 6:30 and the Lighted Boat Parade will arrive at approximately 7:30. There is something for everyone during this magical time of year.
