Prosser celebrates the fall season with The Great Prosser Balloon Rally, Harvest Festival, and Street Painting Festival. Over 30 hot air balloons fill the sky with launchings each morning and a spectacular Night Glow on Saturday night.
70 plus food, arts, and crafts vendors take over the downtown while chalk artists from all over the Northwest showcase their talents with the annual Street Painting festival. A great weekend for the whole family.
8,000 attendees expected.
