Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga

Mindfully connect breath and body with Slow Flow Vinyasa. We will move fluidly and continually between postures, to and from the floor, using our breath to guide each movement. Sequences will be demonstrated, with opportunity to follow along with the instructor or move at your own pace. Some prior yoga experience is recommended, but not required.
