These gentle classes focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and breath awareness, with plenty of time for relaxation. This class may be beneficial for those with multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, Parkinsons, arthritis, and other chronic conditions. Participants are encouraged to listen to their own bodies and work at their own pace. This is a by-donation class - there is no fixed fee. No registration is needed, just come to your first class 15 minutes early.
