Hoang's Saigon Restaurant

Hoang's is an out-of-the-way find on Columbia Drive next to the Saigon Market, near the "Historic Downtown Kennewick" sign. The food is flavorful without being too spicy and chock full of fresh ingredients. My favorites are the steamed spring rolls and #21 entree - soft noodles with vegetables, pork, chicken and shrimp in a savory sauce. The prices are exceptionally reasonable for what's delivered on your plate. The atmosphere is so-so, but the food is phenomenal if you like pho.
