PF Chang's is unique. It blends classic Chinese design with a modern bistro look. Slate, wood, metal, and dyed concrete are combined with rich earth tones and dramatic lighting to create a stunning visual presentation. Each location features an original hand-painted mural depicting scenes of life in 12th century China. Replicas of the terra-cotta warriors, unearthed from the tomb of china's first emperor Qin Shi Huangdi, stand guard over the dining room while our majestic 11 foot tall horses grace the entrance to many of our restaurants. These elements showcase the cuisine and create a stylish, comfortable, upbeat dining experience for our guests.

Food is well prepared, service is usually good. I concede that when they first open, they had some serious service problems. My most recent experiences have been much better.

Took 1 1/2 hours for lunch. Gave our lunch to table next to us. Did not bother to tell us for 45 min. until we ask where the heck was our meal then tried to charge us for two tables of meals. Will not go back. Did give us a free meal when we complained but not worth the hassle.
