Kadlec Community Health is offering a program to help those with autism transition into adulthood. “Navigating Autism into Adulthood: Foundational Tools for Transition” is set for September 17, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Kadlec Healthplex. in Richland. The program will be led by Christine Lindgren, MEd, Autism Specialist and Director of the Responding to Autism Center. Program Objectives: * Learn how to prepare for transition to adulthood in the younger years. * Learn ways to turn obstacles into strengths to identify skill sets for employment. * Learn effective transition tools and strategies to help individuals with autism transition to adulthood.
